All content provided in our Products—including but not limited to videos, templates, PDFs, graphics, logos, trademarks, written material, audio recordings, and software—is the sole intellectual property of Local Service PPC and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class-wide arbitration or class action lawsuit against Local Service PPC.
If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void (but the rest of these Terms remain in effect).
You and Local Service PPC both waive any constitutional and statutory rights to sue in court and have a trial in front of a judge or a jury. You and we are instead electing to have claims and disputes resolved by arbitration.

Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other terms.
